Sex and the (other) city…introduction
I moved to Los Angeles a little over three weeks ago, and I’m already lost. Watching Sex and the City has given me answers to so many questions in the past, but there are even more still left unanswered. That’s where I come in. It is now my “job,” I’ve decided, to address my friends and my relationship (or lack there of) issues and what the f*** to do about them. Why me? Well, I can’t say I’ve ever been a relationship expert when it comes to my own love life, but God knows (since it was His blessing that made me this way) that I have a natural knack for psychology and human behavior…”interpersonal communication,” as my current Full Sail University course would call it. I can’t say I’ve been good at updating my blog in the past (at all), but this is my attempt to have something interesting to say and ACTUALLY say it…no holds barred.
In addition to my friends’ (with their names changed, of course) experiences, I’m willing to address any questions you may have…and believe it or not, I’ve actually been better at answering guys’ questions in the past. (I mean, asking one of your guy friends for girl advice isn’t the best idea…no one understands girls like a girl. Oh, and I’m not biased…I know we’re bitches.) Girls are welcome too, though! I’ve had enough guy friends growing up to know what’s going on up there (or down there, in most cases…).
